the previous website
The former website was difficult to manage and was built on a platform that is restrictive and (arguably) not in line with the vision for the business to increase its marketing efforts, to help accelerate growth even further.
The website was not representing the brand as well as it could. There was no strong value proposition, tone of voice, or key messaging flowing throughout the user journey.
We proposed a complete overhaul of the website; a redesign of the digital customer journey to make life easy for the user and focus the content and layout around what their core motivations are along with what they value most.
I participated in client reviews with the aim of comprehending their objectives, project timelines, and potential limitations that could arise.

final designs
The client and I had a positive working relationship. We regularly communicated and shared feedback through Figma comments, which ensured a continuous sense of alignment. Upon submission of the final designs, the client expressed their satisfaction and gave their approval. Presently, these designs are being developed in WordPress.
